CT Member Lori P here. I have to tell you, WOW, it’s been a long time since I’ve written a blog post and I almost forgot how to do it. I guess it’s like riding a bicycle though, because once I started writing, it’s all coming back to me now.
Anyway, I want to share something with you. The other day, I was searching though Designs by Laura Burgers’ store over at Pickleberry Pop and I came across an older kit of hers called Amazing Nature. The title doesn’t do it justice because this kit IS Amazing. I fell in love with it the very minute I saw it and knew I HAD to make a layout with it. This kit is packed full with a lot of amazing papers. Not only are there a lot of them, there are many different kinds of papers to boot. Check out these papers. I have to tell you, I felt like a kid in a candy store when I saw these. I was giddy (seriously) and just couldn’t wait to play with them.
See what I mean? Who wouldn’t love to work with these papers? I loved the softness of the papers and the different “grungy” effect on them.
There’s more too. When I opened the Element folder, I became even more excited over them. I love the fact that Laura puts plenty of flowers in her kits and I love flowers. Check out the buttons, butterflies, gears, feathers, leaves, lace, splatters and more. I loved working with these elements.
Do you just love this kit? Well, there’s more to love. Laura has this kit also available as a bundle. Check out what you would get if you purchased the bundle.
Not only will you get the kit itself, but you will also get an extra set of 19 solid papers, 3 sets of alphabets and 7 word arts. So much deliciousness all in one bundle. The solid papers are amazing. I love how she made these papers to contain different ways to use them. I absolutely love the word art because sometimes I (ok maybe others too) can’t think of something to write on my layouts. I love word arts because there are times when I open the folder and have an Ahh haa moment like, “Oh yeah that’s what I wanted to say.”
There are 3 sets of alphabets in this bundle as well. I love the different colors of the alphas. I have to be honest though, I have never been very good at using alphas so I tend to skip over them. This is definitely something I want to work on this year. I want to be able to use them instead of skipping over them.
Did you fall in love with this kit/bundle yet? I hope you fell in love with it as much as I did. I wanted to share with you, the layout I made using this kit/bundle. I hope you like it. Do you see how everything went so well together?
Well, since you love this kit/bundle as much as I did, I hope you will head over to Designs by Laura Burgers’ Pickleberry Pop shop and grab this kit/bundle.
