I really fun set of colors that reminded me to little girls from many moons ago – maybe even myself.

This is such a fun product to use on those extra special moments you want to capture in your layout. 

The name of this product is very apropos for what it contains.  It is filled with such fun and creative elements; you will have one wild time capturing those special moments in your layouts.  The color palette in this kit is made up of rich colors in shades of pink, green and blue. I don’t know about you but I have my own sets of usual suspects and every once in a while you grab that photograph that make you smile. So that is how this kit was developed. I have  a set of photographs of my grandson and he looks pretty guilty.

Are you looking for a product that has just what you need when creating a special scrap book or layout celebrating the career of “one of our finest”?  This is the kit for you.   The palette provided throughout this kit is white, black, with rich hues of green, blue, brown, yellow and cream.   It contains a collection of solid color papers, along with a selection of sheets with varied overall patterns.  A few of the designs:  finger prints; guns; and word art. Revisiting Color My World

Hi, I’m Dani, creative team member for Laura; I just love working with Laura’s products and decided to dig through a few of her older releases to check them out. When I stumbled upon

Color My World I completely fell in love ; the color scheme of purples, yellows and oranges combined with that soft beige just made for a beautiful
Although Laura describes her kit to be fall-inspired, these colors remind me of a cold March in 2010 when we per chance stumbled upon our dream home. We had to scramble because it was an estate sale, so putting together financing and renovation plans for a special loan to help make the home liveable were really stressful on the family. The night we first toured the house was cool and rainy and the house was empty and damp.  BUT we knew when we walked in that this house was going to be our forever home.
The colors in this kit remind me of the cool spring days (purple) and the yellows and beige remind me of the warmth we felt as we finally saw our dreams all come together when we finally closed on our house in May.

 

When we first moved in our house felt big and old and EMPTY! The kids spent most of the time outside playing and got DIRTY! We were so lucky that our downstairs has a huge mud/laundry room and right off it the downstairs bathroom where there is a HUGE porcelain sink. PERFECT for bathing my ginormous two year old. Every night we would come in from playing and just strip down and hose off in the big sink. At the time, if there was dirt he was guaranteed to find it – and now at 5 admittedly he’s the still way… Unfortunately he continues to be my big boy and no longer fits in the sink
My friend Jenn hosted a speed scrap a couple weeks ago and following her instructions I was able to assemble this fabulous layout of  Billy during our tub time. Scrapping with this kit was just so easy because it had the right balance of papers and elements… It was perfect for clustering.  The word strips she included work for any family layout – and although this kit has purple in it I really feel as though its gender neutral
This is one of those kits I think I’ll reach for again – most likely next time to scrap some heritage layouts. This kit would be PERFECT for that!

Revisiting My Favorite Products – Marilyn

Scrappinmama :Love how she matted the pic with several layers, how she tilted the grey paper and banner, and then brought the eye down to her pic and great cluster.
 
Cindy :Love the background paper that leads the eye to the sweet sepia pix with tilted frames, then keeps your eye moving around the LO to take in the other embellies and finally the word art.
And lastly the first one I did with this product – Marilyn – This paper matched Riley’s dress so perfectly.  Loved the greenery and hearts in this kit and the large amount of paper and flowers to choose from.
